As we continue into the 2025 calendar year, it is a good time to prepare for the upcoming Spring and Summer seasons in Arizona. A couple items come to mind. Before watching the Big Game, change the batteries in the smoke detectors so your home is game ready and prepared. Do you know where the fire extinguisher is and has it been inspected? There is a lot of construction and travel lanes are reduced and restricted.

As a local State Farm agent in San Tan Valley, AZ, I have been providing insurance since 2004 to residents in Pinal County. I have been an Arizona resident since 1993. I am a member of NAIFA and have been in the insurance and financial services industry since 1996. State Farm has been serving satisfied customers for over 100 years. I am a member of Gila Valley #9 Masonic Lodge and the Florence-Coolidge Elks Lodge. I currently serve as a governing board member for the Central Arizona Institute of Technology. I have been appointed by the Arizona School Boards Association to be their representative on the AIA Executive Council.

I have been a sports official at the high school and collegiate level. I continue to officiate football and baseball at the high school level.

I attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1991.

I have been married to my wife Sherri for over 20 years and had the beautiful experience of hosting exchange students from around the world.

I am a member of the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce. I have served on the board of directors for the local YMCA and San Tan Valley Chamber. Currently, I am president of the Florence Friends of Kids First Foundation.
